Usui Reiki Level One is the beginning of your journey into energy healing, self discovery, and spiritual awakening. In this foundational training, you will be attuned to Reiki energy and learn how to channel it for yourself and others through gentle, intentional touch.
You will explore the history and principles of Reiki, hand positions for self healing and treatment, the chakra system, energy sensing, and basic techniques to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Most importantly, you will begin to build your connection to universal life force energy and your inner light.
At Taylor Moon Reiki, Level One is taught in a sacred and supportive space with hands on practice, spiritual guidance, and personalized support. You will receive a Reiki Level One attunement and certification upon completion.
